Limited Usefulness and Crashes a LOT
This would be a fantastic app worth the $9.99 I paid for it if I could add resistance band exercises to my workouts without paying for a subscription (?!). GREEDY, GREEDY, GREEDY!! And ever since the update before last, it crashes at least once every time I try to use it. What a waste of a potentially world-class app!
Works great for me

Has lots of good workouts and exercises listed and explained. Worth the money if you're really going to use it.
Best Fitness App out there
MARK D TAYLOR write:
Fitness Builder allows you to create your own workouts, even your own exercises, plus it has a huge library of weekly plans. It suggests a Next Workout, and you can schedule workouts easily right in the app to your calendar. It contains exercises of many varieties: weights, abs, pilates, yoga and cardio, with videos of each exercise (with internet connection). Fitness builder can suggest the max weight per number of reps (on a tab). You can track all of your body measurements in your profile. As you log exercises, you have access to your history. There are count down timers. You can see graphs of time spent working out over time and of a particular exercise's weight history over time. Each exercise also have a photo and a textual description. Fitness Builder supports multi-tasking (unlike some other fitness apps). If you are having trouble with the program, please contact the developers. They have helped me to resolve issues I had, but never with crashing (that sounds bizarre, but I am sure there is a fix). $9.99 is worth it as you could use it 5 times a week for 1 year and get a huge benefit.
